✗ What Should I Do If the Smart Address Finder Can’t Locate the Exact Address When Posting An Opportunity? 

In most cases, the Smart Address Finder will successfully locate addresses. However, for new developments, unique properties, or less common locations, it may not always return an exact match.

If this happens, follow these simple steps:

• Type the address slowly and remove abbreviations, e.g., write “US Route 97” instead of “US 97”, “North” instead of “N”, etc.  to improve match accuracy
• Review suggested results carefully to see if a close match appears
• Use a nearby address if needed, e.g. a neighboring building, adjacent street, or nearby business.

It’s important to note that the address field is primarily used to power the Exchange Interactive Map, not to display the exact service location publicly. Because of this, selecting a nearby or approximate address will not prevent you from successfully posting or managing the Opportunity.

As you move forward in the process, you can always share the exact location details directly with qualified contractors at the appropriate stage.
