To maximize your visibility and credibility on the Exchange, your Company Profile should be complete, polished, and intentionally crafted to make a strong first impression.

Start by navigating to Settings > Company Info and selecting “View Profile” to see exactly how your company appears to others on the platform. From there, work through and complete all six key sections:

• Company Info
• Details
• Address
• Expertise
• Service Availability
• Certifications & Memberships

Each section plays a role in helping Prime contractors quickly understand who you are, what you offer, and where you can deliver value.

Take advantage of the Description field by using rich formatting to clearly communicate your company’s strengths, differentiators, and service capabilities. This is your opportunity to position your business with confidence and professionalism.
