✗ How Do I Invite Additional Team Members?
Invite and Structure Your Team to Engage Opportunities Faster and More Effectively
Building a strong presence on the Exchange is not a one-person effort—it is a coordinated team advantage. The companies that move fastest, communicate most effectively, and win the most Opportunities are those that empower the right people within their organization to take action.
Bringing your team into the platform ensures you are not relying on a single point of contact. Instead, you create a responsive, aligned, and scalable approach to managing Opportunities.
Start with the Right Access: Admin Role Required
To invite and manage team members, your account must have Admin Level Access.
Only users assigned the Admin Role can:
- Add or remove team members
- Assign roles and permissions
- Manage account-level settings
If you do not currently have Admin access, coordinate with your internal team to ensure at least one designated leader can manage your account structure.
How to Invite Team Members
Navigate to Settings > Team and select “Invite Team Member.”
You will be prompted to enter:
- Name
- Title
- Phone Number
- Assigned Role (Admin, Member, or Viewer)
This process takes just a few moments—but the impact on your organization’s effectiveness is significant.
Assign Roles with Intention
Each role is designed to support a specific function within your team:
- Admin: Full control, including team management and account settings
- Member: Can engage Opportunities and manage day-to-day activity
- Viewer: Visibility into activity without the ability to take action
Assign roles based on responsibility, not just title. The goal is to enable action while maintaining structure and oversight.
Build Redundancy to Stay Responsive
We strongly recommend having at least two (2) Admins on your account.
This ensures:
- Continuity if one Admin is unavailable
- No delays in managing users or settings
- Faster internal decision-making and execution
A single point of failure slows momentum. A well-structured team keeps it moving.
💡 Pro Tip: After sending the invitation, notify the team member directly (via email, text, or call). This helps them recognize the invite as legitimate and ensures it doesn’t get overlooked or filtered into spam.A well-structured team setup enables your organization to move faster, stay organized, and present a coordinated, professional front—key factors in winning and managing Opportunities on the Exchange.
