✗ What Does “Service Area” Mean And Can I Update It?
Set a Strategic Service Area to See the Right Opportunities for Your Business
Your Service Area defines where your company is positioned to provide service —and plays a critical role in the Opportunities you see and engage on the Exchange.
By default for a free subscription, your service area is set as a radius of up to 50 miles / 80.5 km from your primary office location. This ensures that the Opportunities presented to you are relevant, actionable, and aligned with your operational footprint.
A well-defined service area helps:
- Surface Opportunities that match your geographic coverage
- Improve response efficiency and service delivery expectations
- Position your company as a reliable, local (or regional) partner
If your company operates beyond a single market—whether regionally or nationally—you have options to expand your reach.
To extend your coverage:
- Request a larger service radius
- Add additional office locations to your account
To make these updates, please note that expanded service areas and adding additional office locations require an active subscription.
