✗ How Do I View The Company Profile For A Contractor? (Paid Subscription)

As a Paid Subscriber on the Exchange, you have full access to Contractor Company Profiles—providing the visibility you need to properly vet partners and make confident, informed subcontracting decisions.

There are two easy ways to view a contractor’s profile:

1. Search for the Contractor Directly
Go to Contractors > Search and enter the Company Name or City, State. From the results, you can open and review their full profile from the right-hand panel.

2. Access the Profile from Active Opportunity Chats
Navigate to Opportunities > Connections, open the relevant contractor chat, and click the icon next to the company name at the top of the conversation. This will open their full company profile in a separate screen.

Important Tip:
A contractor’s profile is their first impression—and a critical part of your vetting and selection process. If key details are missing (such as Services offered, Account Types, insurance (COI), or Service availability (days/hours), request updates directly through the Exchange Connnection Chat.

This ensures you have the information needed to evaluate fit, while also reinforcing a clear standard of professionalism and readiness.
