✗ How Do I Post An Opportunity? (Paid Subscription)
Build Clear, Detailed Opportunities to Attract Qualified Contractors and Accelerate Engagement
Creating an Opportunity on the Exchange is your opportunity to clearly present your project, attract the right contractors, and set the stage for strong, efficient engagement.
Start by navigating to New Opportunity. From there, you’ll build out the foundation of your project by adding:
- A clear, recognizable nickname for the project
- A concise, high-level description that outlines the scope, standards and generates interest in an Opportunity
- Relevant attachments such as scope of work, insurance requirements, drawings, floor plans, photos, pricing template, etc.
- Detailed location information for each Location
If your project includes multiple locations, leverage the CSV template to bulk upload all sites quickly and accurately—saving time while ensuring consistency.
Once all required information is complete, click Create Opportunity. From there, take a moment to review your submission, then Activate it by navigating to Opportunities > Manage.
💡 Pro Tip: The more detailed and structured your Opportunity, the better the outcome. Providing clear standards, complete documentation, and well-defined locations reduces back-and-forth questions, attracts more qualified contractors, and accelerates the overall process.
A well-built Opportunity doesn’t just inform—it positions your project for faster engagement, stronger proposals, and better results.
