✗ How Do I Have My Company Become "Verified" aka Business Ready?

Establishing trust on the Exchange starts with demonstrating that your company is properly documented, compliant, and “Business Ready”.

To get started, navigate to Settings > Credentials and upload your key business documents:

• Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• W-9
• Business License (optional, but recommended if applicable)

These documents are reviewed as part of our verification process, which typically takes up to ten (10) business days. Once approved, your company will be designated as Verified on the platform.

This designation is more than just a badge—it signals to other contractors that your business is legitimate, prepared, and meets baseline requirements for partnership.
